Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual psychology practice focused on aging adults. We provide the support structure to deliver compassionate psychotherapy from home, with minimal administrative burden.

Our clinicians join a mission-driven community with regular clinical consultations and growth opportunities. We offer part-time and full-time positions on a fee-for-service basis, with options for 1099 or W2 arrangements.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license required.
• Licensed in Maryland.
• Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field.
• Telehealth experience with older adults preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet patient needs.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in paid case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.
