Job summary

Sailor Health is seeking licensed therapists to join our nationwide, fully remote practice. We offer part-time and full-time, fee-for-service roles starting at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2). Work from home with flexible scheduling and no on-call evenings.

We provide dedicated clinical leadership, admin support, and access to free CEUs and geriatric-focused training. Medicare billing is handled by us, with comprehensive benefits for eligible W2 clinicians.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license required (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC or equivalent).
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in virtual settings.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently within a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in paid case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.
