Job summary

Join Sailor Health, a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults. Sailor Health offers part-time and full-time opportunities for independently licensed therapists on a flexible, fee-for-service basis, starting at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2).

As a licensed clinician, you’ll work from home with real-time admin support, a dedicated clinical lead, and a supportive care team.

Qualifications

• Active independent clinical license: LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC or equivalent.
• Licensed in Colorado.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in relevant field.
• Experience with older adults/geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently while collaborating with a care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently with EMR/AI tools.
• Participate in paid case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.
