Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults. We match you with patients, handle administration, and provide clinical support from home.

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for independently licensed therapists on a flexible fee-for-service basis. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and grow from there.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license in PA (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC or equivalent).
• Master's or doctoral degree in SW, counseling, psychology, or MFT.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience is a plus; we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet each patient’s needs.
• Work independently while collaborating with a supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.
