Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice focused on transforming mental healthcare for older adults. Clinicians work from home, with a dedicated clinical lead, admin support, and a collaborative team to ensure high-quality care without isolation.

We offer part-time and full-time, fee-for-service opportunities for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent) starting at 15 hrs/week.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license in Arkansas (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent).
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.
