Job summary

Sailor Health provides nationwide remote mental healthcare for older adults. You will deliver high-quality psychotherapy via telehealth with admin support, a home-based setup, and a streamlined EMR/AI documentation workflow.

The role supports both part-time and full-time arrangements. We hire independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC or equivalent) across the US, offering flexible scheduling seven days a week and compensation options for 1099 or W2 clinicians, with benefits for

Qualifications

• Active, independent license in the US (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).

• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience with older adults and telehealth platforms; Medicare billing experience is a plus.

• Work independently while being part of a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in paid case consultations.
