Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide remote practice hiring licensed clinical psychologists (PhD / PsyD) to provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth. Work from home with dedicated clinical leads, admin support, and a scalable caseload strategy across all 50 states.

We offer both part-time and full-time roles on a fee-for-service basis. Start at 15 hours/week (1099) or 25 hours/week (W2) and grow your caseload with built-in scheduling and continuous clinical supervision.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Colorado.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and Medicare billing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
