Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice that provides therapy for older adults from the comfort of home. We fill your caseload, handle admin work, and support you with a dedicated clinical team to thrive in telehealth.

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for licensed psychologists (PhD/PsyD) on a fee-for-service basis, starting at 15 hours/week (1099) or 25 hours/week (W2) and growing from there.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent psychology license in Ohio.
• Experience with geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and EMR systems.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
