Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide telehealth practice focused on transforming mental healthcare for older adults. Clinicians work from home with full scheduling control and administrative support, building a full caseload through a collaborative clinical team.

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for licensed psychologists (PhD/PsyD) on a fee-for-service basis, with 1099 or W2 options. Start at 15 or 25 hours per week and grow from there.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Colorado.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently while collaborating with care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in regular paid case consultations.
