Job summary

Sailor Health, a nationwide virtual practice focused on mental healthcare for older adults, seeks licensed clinical psychologists (PhD or PsyD) to join our remote team. We fill your caseload, handle admin, and provide real-time support, allowing you to focus on evidence-based psychotherapy.

Choose your schedule across 7 days, start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2), with per-session compensation and benefits for W2 clinicians.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD/PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in South Carolina.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
