Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide remote practice offering Medicare-covered therapy to older adults. We provide full caseloads, admin support, and a collaborative clinical community from home. Licensed psychologists can set flexible part-time or full-time schedules with fee-for-service arrangements.

Join a supportive team with clinical leads, real-time admin help, and a strong referral pipeline. We offer 1099 per-session pay or W2 25+ hours weekly plus comprehensive benefits for eligible clinicians.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Arizona.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus - we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
