We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for licensed psychologists (PhD/PsyD) on a fee-for-service basis, starting at 15 hours/week (1099) or 25 hours/week (W2), with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Washington DC.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
