Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed psychologists to provide telehealth psychotherapy to older adults in a fully remote setting. Clinicians set their own schedule with availability seven days a week, working on a fee-for-service basis.

We offer 15–25 hours weekly (1099 or W2), with a supportive clinical lead and admin team, schedule matching, no marketing needed, and access to AI documentation tools. Competitive per-session compensation and optional benefits for W2 clinicians are included.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in New Jersey.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
