Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is hiring licensed clinical psychologists for a fully remote telehealth role serving older adults nationwide. Start at 15 hours/week (1099) or 25 hours/week (W2) with flexible, fee-for-service arrangements.

We provide a full support system including a clinical lead, admin support, and a schedule-matching service so you can focus on patient care and build a full caseload quickly. Part-time and full-time options are available.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in psychology from an APA-accredited program
• Active, independent license to practice psychology (VT)
• Experience with geriatric populations and telehealth preferred
• Comfortable with EMR and AI documentation tools

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient
• Work independently within a collaborative care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using EMR and AI tools
• Participate in regular paid case consultations
