Job summary

Sailor Health is recruiting licensed clinical psychologists (PhD or PsyD) for part-time or full-time, fee-for-service roles in a fully remote telehealth model serving older adults across the nation.

Start at 15 hours/week (1099) or 25 hours/week (W2) and scale your caseload with dedicated admin support and a clinical leadership team. Enjoy flexible scheduling, no on-call, and access to free CEUs and geriatric-focused training.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Hawaii.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus - we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings
