Sailor Health, a nationwide virtual practice focused on geriatric mental health, invites licensed psychologists to join its telehealth team and manage a flexible caseload from home.

Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and build from there, with wraparound support, no marketing, and real-time clinical leads.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in South Dakota.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
