Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide telehealth practice providing mental healthcare for older adults. Clinicians work from home with support, no marketing, and a built-in caseload system.

We offer part-time and full-time roles on a fee-for-service basis, with 1099 and W2 options. Starting at 15 hrs/week, you can scale up, and W2 roles include health, dental, vision coverage, and 401(k) matching. Remote, fully virtual setting.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in New York.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings.
