Job summary

Sailor Health is seeking licensed clinical psychologists to join a nationwide virtual practice focused on aging and mental health. Work from home with 1099 or W2 options, starting at 15 hours per week and growing to fit your life.

We handle scheduling, admin, and provide strong clinical support and ongoing supervision. Choose part-time or full-time, set your own schedule, and benefit from paid CEUs, geriatric-focused training, and a collaborative clinical community.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Massachusetts.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — Sailor Health handles it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.
