Job summary

Sailor Health is seeking licensed psychologists to join a nationwide remote practice focused on aging and mental health. You will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth, design personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team.

Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) with potential to grow. Enjoy scheduling freedom, admin support, AI documentation tools, CEUs, and a benefits package for W2 clinicians.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Iowa.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience is a plus — we handle it either way

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
