Job summary

Sailor Health, a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults, is hiring licensed psychologists (PhD/PsyD) for flexible, fee-for-service roles from home. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) with the option to grow your caseload and hours.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Idaho.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Medicare/telehealth billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Create personalized treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Work within a collaborative care team while maintaining independence.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in paid case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.
