The Tepa Companies are seeking a General Superintendent to support Project Managers by scheduling field management personnel and directing complex project tasks. This role requires supervising Federal project field staff and ensuring quality work on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating performance, enforcing safety policies, and coordinating with owners, engineers, inspectors, and government agencies.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years progressive site/project management experience (or 8 years with HS/GED).
• Experience with DoD fueling systems repair, maintenance, or construction.
• Knowledge of welding codes and API/DoD standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and engage with diverse teams.

Mansioni

• Supervise Project Field Managers and field supervision teams.
• Coordinate onboarding and training for field supervisors.
• Identify training needs and develop future managers.
• Assess staff capabilities and plan for succession.
• Interact with owners, engineers, inspectors, and agencies to ensure quality and compliance.
• Ensure safety policies and OSHA guidelines are followed.
• Oversee scheduling, budgets, and project scope with PMs.
• Support strategic planning and company goals.
• Travel to multiple project sites as required.
