Job summary

DP Electric Inc. is seeking a General Superintendent to lead field operations on mission‑critical and large-scale projects across the Southwest.

You will own safety, quality, and execution, forecast manpower, and make staffing and cost decisions to keep several projects running in parallel. You will guide field teams through plans, blueprints, and specifications, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvements for safer, on‑time delivery on data centers, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
• Fifteen years in electrical construction with multi-project management experience.
• Journeyman-level electrical knowledge and field experience; valid driver's license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Lead the field team including superintendents and foremen to drive safety and accountability.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution across multiple projects to hit milestones.
• Set staffing strategy, forecast labor, and manage project budgets and costs.
• Review plans and guide teams through installation with cost-conscious discipline.
• Communicate with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to resolve challenges.
