Job summary

The Tepa Companies are seeking a Superintendent to oversee project execution, safety, and quality from preconstruction through close-out at our Warner Robins, GA site. You will manage plans, mobilization, schedule finalization, and documentation while coordinating the work of subcontractors and field personnel.

Ideal candidates have five years of federal construction experience, RMS proficiency, OSHA training, and strong communication skills. Onsite role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Minimum of five years of construction management experience on federal construction projects.
• Experience using the USACE RMS system.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety & Health training within the last 5 years.
• ProCore, BlueBeam, MS Word and Excel proficiency.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check per federal regulations.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Reviews plans and specifications and conducts pre-construction/safety meetings.
• Implements and manages the Four Point Quality Control Plan.
• Oversees mobilization of equipment and personnel and sets project schedules.
• Maintains quality, safety programs and site documentation.
• Conducts daily/site inspections and coordinates subcontractor work.
• Maintains logs, notes, and close‑out documentation and files.
