Job summary

The Tepa Companies are seeking a Senior Project Manager to own and manage all project aspects, including client relationships, schedules, budgets, and profitability. The role collaborates with Superintendents, Quality Control Managers, and Site Safety Officers to ensure contract success.

You will train other Project Managers, develop schedules in Primavera P6, and establish budgets in ERP. The position requires travel to project sites and supports the company's hybrid work model in Warner

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction/engineering or similar.
• 5+ years of Corps of Engineers experience.
• 10+ years in construction project management (new/vertical, design-build).
• Experience establishing and maintaining project control systems for USACE and similar.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication with field/office/client teams.
• Ability to travel 1–2 times per month, with flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Owns and manages all project aspects: client relations, schedules, budgets, profitability.
• Collaborates with Superintendents, Quality Control Managers, and Site Safety Officers.
• Trains other Project Managers to share knowledge across projects.
• Creates project schedules in Primavera P6 and budgets in ERP.
• Manages scope, goals, deliverables, and procurement of subcontractors.
• Produces progress reports and conducts cost estimating and risk analysis.
• Ensures bonding and insurance compliance and maintains safety standards.
• Manages design-build processes and coordinates with proposal/bid teams.
