Job summary

DP Electric, a premier commercial electrical contractor, is seeking a General Superintendent to lead field teams and own safety, quality, and execution across projects in the Southwest. You will forecast workloads, staff strategically, and control costs to keep several projects progressing simultaneously.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Fifteen years of electrical construction project management experience.
• Journeyman-level electrical knowledge and field experience.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Valid driver''s license with a clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Lead the field team including superintendents, general foremen, and foremen, fostering accountability and growth.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution across multiple projects to meet milestones.
• Forecast staffing and manage budgets/resources across projects.
• Review plans and blueprints, guiding teams through installation.
• Communicate with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to resolve challenges.
