Cox Automotive is seeking a Business Services Specialist I to support the Back Gate operations, ensuring vehicles and clients move through the release process efficiently and securely. You will verify gate passes, manage documentation, and assist with data entry in appropriate systems.

When workload allows, you will support Front Office tasks, respond to client inquiries, and help maintain accuracy and security across processes. A commitment to compliance and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience providing customer service and administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Back Gate Customer Service: Provide friendly, professional service to clients arriving at the Back Gate.
• Gate Pass Processing & Verification: Scan passes and enter data accurately into the system.
• Fraud Prevention & Security: Monitor for altered or suspicious documents and escalate when needed.
• Front Office Support: Assist with client emails and routine administrative tasks.
