You will verify documentation, scan and enter gate pass information, and identify potential discrepancies or fraudulent activity while assisting with Front Office emails when volume allows, ensuring a consistent customer experience.

Responsabilités

• Back Gate Customer Service: Provide friendly, professional service to clients arriving at the Back Gate.
• Back Gate Customer Service: Assist clients with questions regarding the gate pass and vehicle release process.
• Back Gate Customer Service: Review and verify gate passes and supporting information before vehicle release.
• Back Gate Customer Service: Ensure required documentation is complete and accurate.
• Back Gate Customer Service: Communicate clearly with clients when additional information or verification is required.
