Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an Area Business Manager for Gastroenterology, primarily remote in the United States. You will engage gastroenterology doctors and other decision makers, presenting clinically focused messages to grow revenue for the Eosinophilic Esophagitis indication.

You will collaborate with Medical Specialists, MSLs, and Market Access to align strategies and ensure compliant, effective execution nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college.
• Minimum 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience or other relevant life science or clinical experience.
• Ability to travel to meetings, trainings, and programs; travel approximately 60–75% within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Engage Gastroenterology customers within assigned geography and deliver clinically focused messages to grow revenue for the EoE indication.
• Collaborate with Medical Specialists, MSLs, Market Access, and other stakeholders to address customer needs and develop strategies.
• Develop relationships with gastroenterology experts, staff, and patient advocacy groups in the territory.
• Plan, organize, and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities.
• Maximize budget in the territory to support execution of strategies and generate business.
• Own opportunities with private equity/large group practices to drive product results.
