Job summary

LAdmins is seeking a tech-savvy Development Specialist to strengthen donor engagement and fundraising operations. You will manage donor data, build Power BI dashboards, and develop AI-assisted workflows for timely acknowledgments and renewals.

Collaborate daily with a U.S. team; most work is written/digital with light calls. Remote, Philippines; 3-month continuous engagement with performance bonuses and allowances included.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering a donor CRM, data cleanup, segmentation, and custom reports.
• Strong Power BI skills for dashboards and reports (a must).
• Experience building automated email or task workflows for stewardship and retention.
• Practical AI prompting skills for content drafting and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Donor CRM Management: maintain donor records, gift histories, contact details, interests, and notes; set data entry and reporting standards.
• Power BI Dashboards & Reporting: build dashboards and reports tracking fundraising results and donor engagement; translate data into insights and actions.
• Automated Donor Workflows: segment donors and automate thank-you, welcome, follow-up, renewals, and re-engagement workflows.
• Content & Digital Communications: draft acknowledgment letters, appeals, donor updates, and emails with AI prompts while ensuring voice consistency and accuracy.
• Troubleshooting & Process Improvement: identify automation opportunities, document processes, and coordinate across tools for fast fundraising operations.
