Job summary

Reading Partners is seeking a Development Operations Manager to join our national team. You will oversee Salesforce data integrity, build reports, and support fundraising systems across the network while supervising a part-time Gift Processing Associate.

This remote role requires 3+ years in development or fundraising, strong CRM experience, and a proven ability to train staff and improve processes. Salary ranges are compensation- and geography-dependent.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in development, fundraising, or revenue-generating roles.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
• Customer-service oriented with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Wamiliarity with fundraising dashboards, reports, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data integrity of the fundraising Salesforce database; audit data, set policies, and train staff.
• Support Salesforce data analysis; create dashboards and reports to track fundraising progress.
• Supervise Gift Processing Associate to ensure timely gift entry, acknowledgement, and reporting.
• Write and implement technical guidance for Salesforce during budgeting cycles.
• Provide training and support for GoFundMe Pro, Classy, and related tools.
