Reading Partners is seeking a remote Development professional to oversee donor data processing, Salesforce administration, and fundraising operations across the national network. You will manage data integrity, reporting, and training for regional staff.

The role requires 3+ years in development/fundraising, 1+ year of management, and Salesforce experience; benefits include health, retirement, generous PTO, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in development and fundraising.
• At least 1 year of management experience.
• Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM database.
• Customer service orientation with strong collaboration.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the processing and data integrity of donations and pledges in Salesforce.
• Create reports and dashboards to track fundraising performance.
• Supervise Gift Processing Associate to ensure accurate gift entry and reporting.
• Lead Salesforce trainings and provide support to regional staff.
• Support Salesforce enhancement projects and communicate changes to the field.
