Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• At least six months of remote customer-service experience or one year of onsite customer-service experience.
• Accurate typing and data-entry abilities.
• The ability to listen, speak, and navigate systems simultaneously.
• Dependability and strong personal accountability.
• The ability to work independently.
• A quiet, dedicated workspace.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound donor calls professionally.
• Follow approved scripts without unnecessary deviation.
• Accurately record donation and pledge information.
• Confirm names, contact details, and transaction information.
• Move confidently between required computer systems.
• Protect donor privacy and confidential information.
• Maintain quality and compliance standards.
• Arrive on time for every accepted servicing interval.
