Job summary

Sigma Technologies, Ltd. is seeking a Functional Manager - Power Utility Design for remote work with an initial 2-week in-person orientation at our Perrysburg, OH headquarters.

Requires 5+ years in power utility design with engineering/operations/project management and at least 3 years of direct people management, including experience supervising other managers. Travel may be required; core hours and remote work are supported by the company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in engineering, operations, and/or project management in power utility design.
• Minimum of 3 years direct people management experience, including leading managers/supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Manage Design Supervisors and other subordinate staff in day-to-day performance.
• Lead performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and improvement plans.
• Take initiative and move fast in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments and communicate effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
