Job summary

Sigma Technologies, Ltd. is seeking an experienced Program Manager for Power Distribution. The role focuses on overseeing program execution, mentoring project managers, and maintaining strong client relationships. Remote work is supported, with an initial 2-week in-person orientation at the Perrysburg, OH headquarters.

The ideal candidate has a PMP or equivalent certification, 7+ years in the power utility sector, and proven leadership abilities to drive projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, engineering technology, or business administration.
• 7+ years in the Power Utility Industry with engineering/operations/project management and financial oversight.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience; proven ability to lead and influence.
• PMP or equivalent certification is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor project managers; ensure program governance and KPI alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Represent the program at industry events and key client meetings; manage expectations.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of all program phases; develop high-level workflows.
• Prepare cost forecasts and manage program-level P&L; monitor risks and issues.
• Ensure successful program closure, capturing lessons learned and best practices.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates.
