Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain features across a production healthcare platform, using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based services. This US-based, remote-friendly contract-to-hire role offers collaboration with product, QA, and design teams in an Agile environment.

You will contribute to AI and LLM-adjacent codebases while handling sensitive regulated data, across a modern technology stack with a strong ownership culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
• Experience with AI/ML-adjacent codebases or agents; healthcare/fintech data experience preferred.
• Strong ownership and ability to solve complex engineering challenges.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack features across the frontend using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services using Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based architectures.
• Contribute to AI and LLM-adjacent codebases.
• Work with systems handling sensitive and regulated healthcare data.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and design teams in an Agile environment.
