AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain features across a production healthcare platform, using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based services.

You will contribute to AI and LLM-adjacent codebases while working with sensitive regulated data, collaborating with product, QA, and design teams in an Agile environment. This US-based, remote-friendly contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for high-performing engineers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience with AI/ML-adjacent codebases (LLM/agent systems).
• Experience handling regulated data (healthcare/fintech) preferred.

Responsibilities
