Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design and maintain features for a production healthcare platform using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based services. You will contribute to AI/LLM-adjacent projects and collaborate with product, QA, and design teams in an Agile setup.

You should have 4+ years of professional full-stack experience, be authorized to work in the US, and be comfortable with remote collaboration tools like GitHub, Slack, and JIRA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience or willingness to work on AI/ML-adjacent codebases, including LLM or agent systems.
• Experience building systems that handle sensitive or regulated data (healthcare/fintech) is a plus.
• Strong ownership and commitment to solving complex engineering problems.
• Proficient with remote collaboration tools such as GitHub, Slack, and JIRA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; attention to detail; solid software fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack features across the frontend using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services with Node.js, PostgreSQL, and RPC-based architectures.
• Contribute to AI and LLM-adjacent codebases.
