Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain features for a healthcare platform using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.

You will work on AI/LLM-adjacent codebases and collaborate with product, QA, and design teams in an Agile environment on a US-based, remote-friendly contract-to-hire basis. You will contribute end-to-end features, ensure data integrity for regulated data, and participate in a fast-growing, people-first culture with growth

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience with AI/ML-adjacent codebases (LLM/agent systems).
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Experience building systems handling sensitive or regulated data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack features using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL.
• Develop backend services with RPC-based architectures.
• Contribute to AI/LLM-adjacent codebases.
• Work with healthcare data and regulated data.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and design in an Agile environment.
