Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking an experienced Full-Service Travel Agent to join our remote Travel Contact Center team. You’ll plan and book domestic and international vacations from your home, building lasting client relationships and delivering exceptional service.

This full-time, 100% remote role offers paid virtual training, competitive pay of $18–$24 per hour plus monthly incentives, a comprehensive benefits package, and generous PTO in the first year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; travel school graduates encouraged.
• At least 2 years of recent leisure travel industry sales experience.
• Experience with airline reservation systems, ticketing platforms, GDS, and online booking tools.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel planning.
• Excellent communication, customer service, sales, and problem-solving skills.
• Extensive knowledge of worldwide geography.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment.
• Ticket void and basic exchange experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and book domestic and international vacations, including customized FIT itineraries.
• Assist Members and non-Members through phone, email, and web chat.
• Recommend destinations, travel products, and exclusive AAA benefits based on traveler’s needs.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships that generate repeat business.
• Stay informed about travel promotions, destinations, and industry trends.
• Process travel reservations in compliance with ARC regulations and AAA policies.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell travel products that enhance the experience.
• Meet established sales and performance goals while delivering exceptional service.
• Resolve travel-related issues and assist with itinerary changes; provide guidance to fellow team members.
