Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Desk Recruiter or similar revenue-generating recruiter.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting and business development, including acquiring new clients.
• Ability to build a recruiting desk capable of generating high annual billings.
• Proven sales ability with cold calling, prospecting, and closing.
• Strong candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networks.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with 100% remote work and high-commission environment.
• Strong time-management and prioritization in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruiting lifecycle including client acquisition and candidate sourcing.
• Generate new business via cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of clients and hiring managers across industries.
• Source and screen candidates and conduct interviews and negotiations.
• Maintain recruiting metrics, candidate pipelines, and revenue forecasts.
