Top Talent LLC is seeking a Full Desk Recruiter (1099) for remote work with a 100% commission structure. You will own your desk, source and close top talent, and build your own book of business with the backing of a seasoned staffing company.

You will have access to our ATS/CRM, back-office support, and a collaborative recruiter community. This role offers uncapped earnings, flexible scheduling, and mentorship to help you scale your income your way.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience (agency or full desk strongly preferred).
• Entrepreneurial-minded with ability to work remote and build relationships.
• Able to manage pipelines and close deals with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: source, qualify, present, and close top-tier talent.
• Build and maintain your own book of business or plug into provided leads.
• Develop client relationships and grow accounts with your own strategy.
• Partner with internal team for backend support, tools, marketing, and systems.
• Work remotely, independently but never alone.
