Sikich LLP, a leading professional services firm, seeks an Executive Search Consultant to own the entire revenue cycle from client development to placement in a US remote setting. You will source passive candidates, conduct assessments, and close retained, engaged, or contingent searches while driving growth for the finance and accounting practice.

Team and firm contributions are essential in a high-volume, results-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years running a full-desk in executive search or direct hire.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates and build a client base.
• Strong track record in business development, client outreach, and closing placements.

Responsibilities

• Own the full revenue cycle from client acquisition to placement.
• Source and screen candidates, prepare summaries, and manage interview processes.
• Negotiate offers and close placements while maintaining client relationships.
• Maintain ATS records, forecast pipelines, and ensure timely communications.
