Job summary

Sikich is seeking an Executive Search Consultant (US - Remote) to own the entire revenue cycle from prospecting to placement. You will source, assess, and present candidates, negotiate fees, and manage offers, while developing new client business and expanding existing accounts.

You will operate with discipline in candidate outreach, client meetings, and pipeline forecasting, delivering high-quality executive searches for finance and accounting leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Full-desk experience and a proven track record in executive search and business development.
• Ability to source passive candidates and build client relationships with CFOs, CHROs, and executives.
• Strong fee negotiation, deal closing, and delivery discipline.
• Bachelor's degree and demonstrated results in accounting/finance or related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full revenue cycle: identify, win, scope, source, assess, interview, and close placements.
• Develop new client relationships and expand existing accounts with repeat, multi-role assignments.
• Lead candidate sourcing, screening, and presenting executive summaries to clients.
• Negotiate offers, manage counteroffers, and maintain ongoing engagement through start date.
• Maintain accurate ATS activity, pipeline forecasts, and timely client updates.
