Job summary

Falcon is seeking a Senior Associate to direct day-to-day search execution, uphold our brand promise, and inspire client confidence through rigorous candidate vetting and strategic leadership.

You will mentor Researchers, set a comprehensive research strategy, and ensure each mandate yields a curated slate capable of closing. The role is remote within the United States with travel 1–2 times yearly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in executive search.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience vetting candidates for sponsor/opportunity fit.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Health: monitor metrics and drive candidate movement.
• Research Strategy: implement a targeted, multi-pronged search plan.
• Initial/Deep Dive Interviews: ensure full vetting for spec, compensation, and PE capability.
• Client Deliverables: ensure accuracy, thoroughness, and professionalism.
