Qualifications

• BS/BA or 7+ years relevant experience in sales.
• 7+ years proven track record hitting/exceeding sales quota targets.
• 7+ years selling complex solutions and managing Key Accounts.
• Experience selling LegalTech professional services.
• Ability to travel 20% to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development for Sikich's LegalTech consulting practice from prospecting through closing.
• Develop and maintain executive relationships with legal industry leaders to create new opportunities.
• Identify and pursue LegalTech deployment, integration, advisory, managed services, and support offerings.
• Own pipeline, forecast, and quota attainment with accurate CRM records.
• Manage complex professional services opportunities through qualification to contract execution.
• Collaborate with delivery, solutions, marketing, and pre-sales to position Sikich as a trusted advisor.
• Represent Sikich at conferences and client events to build brand and generate leads.
• Develop partnerships with software vendors and channel alliances to drive growth.
