ThinkingAhead Executive Search is hiring experienced recruiters and business-development professionals who want ownership over their work, income, and long-term careers. This is a fully remote, W-2 opportunity to build and manage your own executive search practice, develop clients, recruit candidates, and oversee the process through placement.

You’ll prospect, initiate conversations, win business, and own searches you develop, with autonomy, uncapped earnings, and support from an established

Formación

• Experience in agency recruiting, executive search, staffing, or B2B sales.
• Strong business-development and hunter mindset.
• Comfort consistently prospecting and initiating cold conversations.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently while remaining open to coaching.
• Motivation to succeed in a production- and commission-driven environment.
• Genuine desire to build a long-term recruiting practice.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new clients through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Identify hiring needs and convert those conversations into search assignments.
• Source, assess, and recruit high-performing candidates.
• Manage searches from the initial client conversation through offer acceptance.
• Build long-term client and candidate relationships within a specialized market.
• Independently manage your pipeline, priorities, and daily activity.
