Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a recruiter to manage full lifecycle recruiting on a fully remote, temp-to-perm basis. The role requires completing sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding for contractors.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED, Required
• 2 years or more in experience Full life-cycle recruiting experience, Required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook) Intermediate, Required

Responsibilities

• Administer defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited and developing/managing relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment team-mates
• Recruiters are also responsible for recruitment updates and keeping the management team informed of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment
• Performance will be measured, in part, upon KPI measures, execution of recruitment strategies which include advertising methods, job fairs, remote recruitment techniques, maintenance of recruitment materials, and keeping the management team informed of recruitment progress and issues affecting recruiting
• Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts
