Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter I to support Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in a fully remote, temp-to-perm role.

The position covers full life cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding, with a salary range of $58,000–$60,000 and a Monday–Friday schedule. You will collaborate with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, and HR to fill accounts, monitor market conditions, and meet customer satisfaction objectives.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and extend offers for contractors.
• Manage relationships with Hiring Managers and HR to align staffing with accounts.
• Meet KPIs and provide recruitment progress updates to management.
• Coordinate onboarding of new contractors.
