Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a recruiter to manage full life cycle recruiting for a fully remote, temp-to-perm role. The position is Exempt/Salary with a Monday–Friday schedule.

The role covers sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding of contractors, aligning with KPI goals and customer satisfaction across assigned accounts. Strong communication and multitasking are essential in a fast-paced remote environment.

Qualifications

• Requires full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer defined external/internal recruitment processes for assigned accounts.
• Develop and manage relationships with Hiring Managers and HR colleagues.
• Provide recruitment updates and inform management of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
• Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.
