Job summary

Thrive Market is seeking a full-cycle recruiter to own end-to-end talent acquisition for corporate roles. You will source proactively, engage passive candidates, and closely partner with hiring managers to scope roles, build pipelines, and close high-quality talent.

In this fast-moving environment, you’ll demonstrate speed, sound judgment, and trusted relationships with managers while expanding your ownership and sharpening both technical and non-technical recruiting skills.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of recruiting experience, ideally a mix of technical and non-technical corporate roles.
• Sourcing chops with a real track record of landing passive candidates.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and influencing their decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously while maintaining strong candidate quality and hiring manager trust.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from intake through offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to define scope, calibrate candidates, and shape hiring strategy
• Build pipelines through proactive sourcing and sharp LinkedIn outreach
• Deliver a candidate experience people talk about: clear communication, fast movement, and consistent SLA adherence.
• Run structured recruiter screens that surface skills, motivations, and real role alignment
• Keep funnel data clean and use it to spot bottlenecks early: pass-through rates, time to hire, pipeline gaps
• Work alongside recruiting coordinators to keep scheduling and logistics seamless
• Help raise the bar on processes, workflows, and interview quality
